Hot Topic Briefing – A focus on the supervision of e-money firms presented by the FCA

Supervision of e-money institutions, whether they are passporting or not, is of the greatest importance to the emerging payments community, which is made up of many BIN sponsors and e-money institutions.  This briefing, from the FCA will offer clarity to EPA members about the nature and degree of the FCA’s supervision activities, the consequences of non-compliance and information on the process for addressing the FCA’s concerns of they arise.
