The Retail PayTech Forum
The Emerging Payment Association’s ‘Project Retail’ team – one of eight teams delivering change across the payments industry – runs the Retail PayTech Forum. The Emerging Payments Association’s upcoming Retail PayTech Forum is being held on Thursday 5th April at a Central London location.
Chaired by Ben Fricke (Head of Supply Chain at Nando’s) and managed by Jackie Barker (CEO at The Barker Consultancy) the Retail PayTech Forum enables retailers to better navigate the payments innovation space in order to keep pace with customer expectations, accelerate adoption of payments innovation and drive business growth.
This free, retailer-only event will provide retailers with an informative and entertaining forum in which to gain an understanding on how the latest FinTech and PayTech innovations are being used by retailers across the UK and how these innovations can solve the needs of your customers.
The Retail PayTech Forum promises to be engaging, stimulating, useful and fun, for retailers and will provide the opportunity to interact and learn from other retailers to best address consumer needs and expectations.
“The Retail PayTech Forum does a great job of bringing retailers together and driving cross-industry collaboration on the various payments challenges our sector faces. In being aware of upcoming issues and the innovations that are out there, the Forum has helped guide our strategy in providing the best customer experience at the till”
– Martin Alden, Head of Commercial Development, Wyevale Garden Centres
Afterwards, retailers will be invited to attend the EPA’s monthly networking drinks, EP@Home, from 6 pm until late.
